So this weekend I was in Cleveland on business and I took two clients out who let's just say can drink...anyway we were leaving at the end of the night...we shut the place down at 2 or 3 AM and though very late I had only 2 glasses of wine at dinner and 4 beers all night at the club....not bad for a 6'5" 330lbs guy. So I had been drinking but I was FAR from drunk.
I was cashing out my tab and I asked the bartender for a drink of water...obviously she wanted a good tip so she complied...now this was after they had turned on the house lights and pushed most of the riff raf out the door. I got somewhat of a bye because I was waiting for my tab.
I signed the tab..took a drink of water and felt a hand on my back...i turned around and saw a bouncer with a rent a cop hat on (the ones that look like a badge) and a taser pulled and aimed at me. He then said "its time to leave gentlemen."
All I am thinking is was this leagle practice in ohio? Are tasers treated different than handguns?
I will never go to the "Blind Pig" again.
