    It's not the dog's fault his owner is stupid. Perhaps next time he will make sure the safety is on. I would never lay a loaded gun down in front of one of my dogs. Aren't you still supposed to practice gun safety even on hunting trips? Dumb*ss!

    Remington's have a safety that moves side to side. The dog could easily have stepped on it and taken the safety off.

    Again, no identification of the "gunman". How are we supposed to help find the suspect with this reporting?

    So... there's a perception that hunting CLOSE to a protected area is also against the law?
