The Simon property management group has a policy of "no weapons" for shoppers.

Does anyone know if the Greenwood Park Mall has "no weapons" signs posted? I looked at Google Maps images from 2019, and did not see any. However, the Simon property policy is dated in 2020.

If anyone knows of such signs, I would love to see an image of them at the Greenwood Park Mall.

If anyone finds a way to contact the Armed Samaritan who stopped the mass murder on July 17, I would love to interview him (anyone who personally knows him could also be helpful).

I'm almost positive that the main mall doors have small unobtrusive stickers on them near the bottom.

I don't think that exterior store-entrance doors do.

Our local simon property mall doesn’t have signs on the doors or the wall next to the entrance. Their job to make their policy visible to the public entering the building. I have no obligation to search for their policy online.

Being discussed here, including pictures of the signs they have posted. It's included in their "Code of Conduct" signs (not just "No Guns" signs).

I always assumed "No Guns" to mean they were temporarily out of stock.

Many places I frequent, such as poorly-lit entrances to hospital morgue access points, have "Gun Free Zone" stickers posted on exterior doors. Damn if my dyslexia doesn't read it as "Free Gun Zone" but the flunkie hospital personnel escorting me never have one of those free guns to hand out.

Dean, I hope he his legal team has told him not grant interviews. It's not a good idea this close to the event.
He has retained Guy Relford (INGO member), so I think anything would go through him, but in the other thread, Guy's statement said that his client wants some time to process everything and for the press and public to give him his space and time, basically.

    Is signage binding in Indiana?

Not that I would give a flying squirrel regardless, but just wondering.
According to attorneys on here, including Guy Relford a properly worded sign may carry weight of law regarding trespass. But it would have to be worded precisely and I've never seen any that come close to it. Then if it was worded precisely you would have to have LEOs and a prosecutor willing to push the issue.
