They probably were...but it was between the ears which is the worst way to carry empty.

Spent some time searching but didn't see this posted anywhere, surprisingly. Guy dropped his gun at the Mishawaka Red Robin, put a hole in the ceiling, and walked out. Took police a couple days to locate him. No charges filed. Hope he gets himself a good holster, might not be so lucky next time.

Well, at least Red Robin will have some better ceiling ventilation now. The hole will let some of the smoke out.

There was a ad/nd at my local wendy's a while back, guy was in the bathroom and supposedly was dropping trou when the gun fell out and discharged. His hand was injured, but no one else. He was charged with felony criminal recklessness. Haven't heard the outcome, if there has been one yet.
