I created a cleaning and lubrication guide for my Dillon XL650, based loosely on the following two videos. I recommend watching the videos first, and then using the guide as a... well... er... GUIDE! It helps me to remember each step in the process and keeps me on track. I printed these sheets and have them in plastic protective sleeves in a binder in my reloading room.

Dillon XL650 Cleaning and Lubrication
Step 1: Clean the Case Feeder:
-Use 409 to clean inside of case feeder and case feed plate.
Step 2: Clean the Primer Pickup Tubes and Magazines:
-Use small alcohol wipes cut into smaller pieces to clean inside of tubes.
-Use the plastic follower rod (to push the alcohol patch through the tubes).
-Repeat several times until clean.
Step 3: Clean the Powder Drop Assembly:
-Remove white plastic plug from powder bar assembly.
-Pull top powder bar out from the front of the assembly.
-Raise front of the lower powder bay to disengage from small white bellcrank cube, and remove lower powder bar from assembly. Be sure not to lose the small, square white bellcrank cube.
-Clean powder bars and interior of powder measure body with alcohol wipes where the bars slide.
-Run an alcohol patch up into the Powder Drop opening.
-Clean the powder drop tube and the powder funnel inside and out with an alcohol wipe.
Step 4: Clean the Primer System Assembly:-Clean powder bars and interior of powder measure body with alcohol wipes where the bars slide.
-Run an alcohol patch up into the Powder Drop opening.
-Clean the powder drop tube and the powder funnel inside and out with an alcohol wipe.
-Remove the shell plate from the deck of the press, this makes removing the priming system assembly easier.
-Remove the unspent primer catch assembly.
-Remove the low primer warning and primer magazine.
-Remove the primer assembly using the two large black setscrews.
-Remove the primer seating punch assembly using a 9/16” wrench.
-Remove the primer seating punch assembly using a 9/16” wrench.
