A few years back, when I was much heavier into matches, training and practice, it was rare for my ammo to be a week old. :)

I have a bunch of this old German 8x56mmR ammo from 1938 and 1939.

Have some pretty old Mosin food as well but don't want to dig through spam cans to find it.

I ended up with a box of 1970s 9mm Makarov today. Steel case, sealed. Stuff looks great. Probably keep it for collecting purposes.

There's still some loose peters (50s?) shotgun shells far in the back that I've been meaning to shoot. Curious how they do.

Not counting milsurp ammo, that I bought old, I definitely have stuff I bought in the early 80’s. I think I have some shotgun shells of Dad, so maybe 60’s…

Not ammo but I have a brick of old Winchester white box SRP from the mid 90's. I got into them last year before primers started returning to the market and they still go bang just fine.

.25 Stevens rimfire and .32 S&W short, both from the 1930s. Occasionally I'll fire a round or 2 of the .32 ammo through an old break-top revolver, but the .25 rimfire is off limits...
