The driver could park at the right side of the lane or even partially on the stripes. The spot is closest to the walkway. A flat spot 100 feet or more away may be more of a burden than that slope.
Yeah none of the spots shown are enforceable.No vertical post which i think is required in Indiana. I'm saying the spot is the blue one without mulch, but pile of mulch right up to it and a huge slope on handicapped spot
