That's our unit supervisor. He's a good 'ol southern guy. We were so uneeded during the last event there that we were told not to bother for this one. Since he is the supervisor, he had to show up at least. I can assure you he was there having fun.

That guy is IMPD. Look at the unit patch. Look at the gray in the hair, he is likely at least a Sgt. and either bored out of his gourd and taking a pic for Facebook or taking a photo for a morning briefing around where to put guys for security on other rallies.


If the DHS was there it was out of boredom, not some sooper sekrit detail.
