So after brewing some beer, I decided to paint my rifle I recently got back form Manners. MERICA! I took my time and probably spent around 2 hours taping and prepping my rifle. I think the shade of green might be a little too light, but I'm hoping it'll grow on me. I think the tan accents helped. Theres a few blemishes here and there, but I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Lemme know what you guys think, it's not exactly professional, but I made due with what I had. Sorry for the iPhone pics.

It's a 10T in 308. I bought it when I worked at cabelas. Bacisally, it's a typical model 10 in 308, came with an accustock and the gawdy bolt knob.

The stock is a Manners T4 along with CDI bottom metal and AICS 10rd Mags (waiting for 2x 5rd mags I ordered)

So this thread is a little old, but wanted to update it with a range report. I've put about 700rds through this, and currently working on a good 175gr TMK Handload. All the ammo I've put through it for the most part has been 168gr GMM. I went through and tightened everything up since the base screws came loose.

Today, i went to knob creek with my dad and re-sighted it in and shot some groups, and it's back to being a tack driver. The groups were done at 100yds with no wind on the range.

The dot on the left was the first group and was a 4 shot. Notice my first shot (cold bore) was at 12 o clock. The other 3 rounds made one ragged hole. The second group on the right was fired after the first group. Still 1 ragged hole. I'll take the calipers to them when I get home, I'd say just eyeballing it, the group on the right is around 1/4 MOA

Also worth noting that this was my 3 shot group at 200. No, I didn't just cover up the other shots, we used the same target to shoot with my 1903-a3 prior to shooting my savage again.

This group freaked me out because I've never shot this tight of a group at 200yds before so I was trying to look around the target to see if I had a flyer as I was in disbelief.
