Cutting down FSB for rail install

I have a pinned 14.5" AR-15 that I want to put a Troy Alpha Rail on, are there any local places that will cut my FSB down and do the rail install for me? This isn't the kind of work that's normally advertised so I dunno where to start looking. I'm in Muncie by the way. Appreciate the help!

I doubt any gunsmiths would, but I'm sure an INGO'er might help. It is very simple and can be accomplished with an angle grinder and dremel.

You need to specify which Alpha Rail. The one that uses your existng barrel nut, or the one that uses the proprietary barrel nut.

I'm not sure about the Alpha rail but if you have a pinned FH, a barrel nut is not going to fit over it.

Good question. The TRX Alpha Rail uses the standard barrel nut that's already on my AR-15.

I'm on the NE side of Indy. I've installed several of the Alpha rails including two of my own. I can do it if you don't find someone closer. I've also cut down several FSBs over the years.

I considered that one as well but I want a flip-up BUIS instead of the FSB.
