Then just don't put in your sensitive information... If the .gov or someone else is really after you it isn't hard to get that basic info anyway. There is no real privacy unless you are an offgrid hermit and even then I'm sure the .gov will be tracking you with satellites and drones shortly

Yep, that about sums it up. To me, you should have to jump through hoops to make your info PUBLIC, not jump through hoops to keep it private.

Facebook wasn't being criminal in their distribution of information when they released their IPO, that subsequently cost money to the little investors.

They just forgot that the new privacy they rolled out was automatic opt in.
