Brief as possible,
I haven't lived in IN for years now but had a brother finally decide to start carrying. He wants to get training for all the prudent reasons. I recommended Jeff Ott as now that I've been in the game for a while, I now realize how good of a 1st course that one I attended really was. He was rather progressive for being a rather seasoned fellow that had a lot of the 1st generation guys on his trained-with list.
However, life happens and I want to have a better idea of other training in case of scheduling and life, and I still have people who call me and want to know about training the the area.
Looking for: preferably 2 day concealed carry context class.
Driving distance from FTW
A solid legal briefing on state statute and case law.
LEO instructor and Competitive experience highly preferred.
A current, non dogmatic curriculum with some performance standards.(No combat focus shooting feel good training plz)
Preferred: Method that teaches the possible but emphasizes the probable(Tom Givens/Claude Werner type data incorporated into the training).
Thanks in advance
