Newer production Colt M4 upper w/ 16" barrel. 5.56. Colt cage code on barrel, upper, and charging handle. Flat top upper receiver with detachable carry handle.(carry handle is not Colt).
I got this on trade. Previous owner put an "INGO" dust cover on it but said he never fired it. I have not put a round through it.
