    Basically, he is right. It's not in violation of copyright infringement so they should lay off. It's technically not piracy, so I don't know what their objection to it is.

    So, if I understand correctly, no such information can be posted on the web for Americans because it might also be downloaded by people in other countries? So ITAR has brought a large measure of international censorship to our use of the web?
