This is very disturbing. Keeping the whole AIG bonus ordeal aside, he wants to enact a LAW so that they can take back money from a private citizen. This is very disturbing. Where does it end!!

I'm not anywhere near a fan of the bailout... but these Doomahsses didn't even bother studying any of the bailouts so far, so these companies are technically within their rights to pay it out.

I don't like it, but our Congress is only one of two things -- incompetent, or they did it on purpose. Either way, fire the whole liberal lot of R's and D's, especially Turbo Tax Tim (T3)

now they're trying to villify the companies for this act they voted to allow.

It's almost like they're trying to lose their jobs this time. I hope they succeed. The American people are by and large gullible, but who can swallow this backwash???

Bills of attainder are forbidden by Article I, section 9, clause 3 of the United States Constitution.

Sounds to me like that is what this is.
