Cerakote question

OK, be gentle, still a relative n00b here, lol...

I want to have the slide on my Bersa Cerakoted. It has some minor scuffs, but even that bugs me, lol. My question is, what about my sights?

Maybe my Google-fu is weak today, but I can't find any details as to what happens to the dots, and the rear adjustable. Do I have to redo the dots? Does the screw get covered? Sorry if these are stupid questions, but I just want to know how it works, and what extra expenses I need to budget for.
