Cartridge Indicator Chart

A buddy of mine gave me this Cartridge Indicator Chart dated 1952 yesterday.

Pretty cool! I wish it was in better condition, I'd have it framed.

The name of the guy who created this chart was Norman Leroy Avery.

I wasn't able to find any information on the internet on him or the chart.

I just guessed that. Where did you find the information on it?!
