Cartridge identification

OK Gents
I have this shotshell in my possession that I am unable to identify.
Brass case. Rimfire. A tad longer than 1&3/8", approx diameter 1/4". Cardboard overwad with a 7 on it ( shot size I assume) A stylized VF on bottom.

9mm Flobert shotshell made by Fiocchi, shot size is 7 as you correctly assumed. GFL monogram on the head stands for "Giulio Fiocchi - Lecco" (city in Italy).
