Carrying In the convention?

I thought you werent allowed to carry in Lucas oil or the convention center but since this an NRA event has anyone heard if you can carry inside?

Firearms Carry: During the 143[SUP]rd[/SUP] NRA Annual Meeting & Exhibits the carry of personal firearms will be permitted in the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium with the proper license in accordance with Indiana law. When carrying your firearm, always adhere to all Federal, state and local laws.

They are funded by public money. Different story when Colts or Pacers are using the buildings.
