Carry in Ohio law?

I heard recently, have yet to find anything that confirms it, Ohio recently passed a bill to allow Indiana residents to carry with an Indiana LTCH. Can anyone confirm or deny this rumor? If you confirm it, back it up with a link for me, please and thank you.

I think it becomes effective on March 23. It has already been signed by the governor. Just remember that Ohio is a MANDATORY must notify a police officer that you have a firearm if you are being contacted, such as a traffic stop.
