It's not really a surprise or even big news. Anyone with brain knew they were doing this already and probably for a lot longer than realize.
But whether the Constitution really be one thing, or another, this much is certain - that it has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case, it is unfit to exist.

Yeah, what we "know" is different from what's becoming "official" news to the masses.

The argument that they only violated the constitution like 153 times a day isn't an argument. One is too many.

At this point... media outlets are no more than a way for the Government to gauge public response. Its as if they put this information out there to see what we all will do and when WE DON'T DO ANYTHING SIGNIFICANT... they see it as a green light to move the line in the sand to better their position.

In hindsight, we will all look back and wonder why we didn't do anything
