While walking the floor at SHOT Show, we were surprised and intrigued to see this Bond Arms lever action AR-15 prototype on display.

Always nice to see new innovations created, but this just seems to manual for an AR platform.

The pump action AR seems to be better at getting around the regs. I agree with Hookeye though, get out of there.

Also what idiot would put a bipod on a lever gun? Because I have some stuff I could sell that person for a lot less than $1,500.

I like it. It's aesthetically more pleasing to the eye than the fightlite, but serves the same purpose.

Fightlite was a semi automatic though, wasn’t it? Just with a “regular” rifle stock?

Y'all are missing the point. It is about "because you can" and firearms innovation. I for one think this would be sick with a suppressed 300 BLK lower.

It seems like they are trying to grasp at the lever action niche. While doing so though they have neglected any practicality within the gun. This just doesn’t feel nor look right. I love innovation but I think this missed the mark. Although I wouldn’t be opposed to trying one out, I would not outright purchase one

IMO, this iteration looks better and seems more practical than the other tactical mag fed lever actions popping up of late.

I get the old Remington pump 716 that took AR mags (like the 10 or so round as the king ones looked funky) but this lever AR thing just looks silly to me. But to each their own!

Kinda intrigued by it. Price seems like an exorbitant amount of money though. Doesn’t matter cause I’m not buying one.
