    Get 'em while they last.

    ex: 55gr .224" FMJ $6.39/100

These are all more than likely Hornady bullets and this particular one has pretty good reviews, and it's how I keep my .223 running on the cheap.

    ex: 140gr .357" JHP $10.49/100

    These are almost certainly XTP's.

Please forgive my ignorance, but what is meant by blem bullets? By the price, I am assuming that this is only for the bullet component of a cartidge and not for the entire cartridge including bullet, brass shell, powder and primer.

Yes these are just the projectiles for reloading. In this case they are seconds from the manufacturers. They may have discoloration, scratches or be out of spec(weight, etc).

I saw that over the weekend. They had some great deals. I picked up 500 147gr 9mm FMJ's and a couple hundred each of 168 and 225gr .308 match bullets. the 168's will be good for my .308 and the 225's will make good subsonic loads in my .300 BLK!! I went on there to order a $20 holster and a couple of mags for my new Glock 19 and ended up spending almost $300!!
