Personally it's none of my business if her kid puts a gun in her mouth, real or not. Who knows, maybe there's an untapped market for firearm pacifiers.

Its kind of along the lines of parents who spank their kids. Who am I to say they shouldn't? Is irresponsible (possibly just toy) play at that age even something that should be a concern to others if that is indeed a toy.
