Selling this for my son in law. This is a free-standing station for performing tricep dips as part of an exercise program. The son in law doesn't need it anymore as he purchased some bigger equipment that has a dip station built into it. I can attest to how sturdy the stand is although I could only pound out one pathetic dip when I tried
. The stand is like new. It breaks down into three pieces for easy transport in a car or truck. This stand is currently $142 on Amazon, but he just wants $50.00 to move it along.
