    If you were to find something like this nice Hubertus in your attic and realized it was a switchblade, you should turn it in to your nice Law Enforcement Officer,(like Me), who would taek it off of your hands and in gratitiude for your civic-minded law abiding spirit would probably buy you a few boxes of .380/.38Spl/9mm to practice with. 8^)

    it is illegal unless you have a military i.d. :)


    There's no exemption for military under Indiana law.

    IC 35-47-5-2
    Knife with blade that opens automatically or may be propelled
    Sec. 2. It is a Class B misdemeanor for a person to manufacture, possess, display, offer, sell, lend, give away, or purchase any knife with a blade that:
    (1) opens automatically; or
    (2) may be propelled;
    by hand pressure applied to a button, device containing gas, spring, or other device in the handle of the knife.
    As added by P.L.311-1983, SEC.32. Amended by P.L.70-2000, SEC.2.

    i couldnt find it so i contacted my unit and they said that only indiana units can authorize it and mine is one of the lucky ones :)
