I'm wondering if it is possible to change a tip after someone has payed with this system. I got a haircut today and was presented a Square payment and put in a 20% tip and when I got an email it showed a 25% tip.

Just curious if it is possible for them to change the tip easily after I handed them back the phone.

No physical receipt. I know it is not for much money its just the point of it being changed that is annoying.

I use more cash, now, than ever B4 ..... Too much ID theft .....

I pay cash, and tip in cash ..... if they don't like it,

    I don't go back, or I don't tip ..... SIMPLE .....

I've been using Square for over 5 years. If there's a way to change the amount after you signed, I can't find it.

This is why you should ALWAYS ask for the emailed receipt. Sorry this happened to you.
