This probably has been posted many times, but Im going to post it again. Does anyone know about the HR 45 bill? I'm reading and cant believe how (insert F word here) stupid that the idiots in washington are. I'm reading section 3 on the The Library of Congress website and it states that any "qualifying firearm" must be registered. Qualifying firearms are
`(i) any handgun; or
`(ii) any semiautomatic firearm that can accept any detachable ammunition feeding device;
