I recently took an old century arms m70b1 on a trade, and got it for very cheap. I’m familiar with the old CAI WASR, and have had several of them and other aks, but never realized that CAI imported the m70. It seems to be older, and rough around the edges as expected with a CAI parts kit import, but I know nothing about these. Definitely higher quality than the old WASRs. It’s got the bulged trunnion like my Zastava m70, but it’s very different. Any info is greatly appreciated! Value, age, etc. thanks

Early models like yours was contracted to DC industries the barrels were GreenMountain 4140 NON chrome lined with US made 1.5 mil receiver, TapcoG2 triggers.
    Some stocks were Century made.

Most of the M70b1’s were made to b2’s

All kinds of info out there.
