    This is kinda in the nature of an after-action report, so... it always surprises me how easy it is to clean a Glock. :D

    It is kinda funny. A part of me dreads shooting, because I think of how every gun I shoot I then have to clean. But, as I've gotten older, I've found that I really kinda enjoy the process of it. :) So, after shooting on Sunday, I spent hours (spread out over several evenings this week) cleaning the Blackhawk, the Detective Special and the wee little .380, and then the Glock 23. Each of them was restored, as best I could, to as good or better shape than before I shot.

    Had some trouble getting the slide off the Glock - it has been a LONG time - so I had to watch that video that was posted a few times. ;) (And no, "getting the slide off" is not a euphemism.) Anyway, just amazing to me how easy it is to clean it.
