Well, I was wrong. They aren't too longI've yet to determine what's causing it. Got a big pile of go's and a small pile of no-go's. A couple of the no-go cases Just cases not OAL) are longer than the go's but other than that I can't figure out the difference. I hadn't crimped any of them but have a crimp die. Tried adding a little crimp( then a little more) to a no-go case and I couldn't get any joy. I'm stumped...

What is the measurement of the cases that are no-go, compared to the ones that will chamber just fine? Any chance it's one headstamp versus another? There is going to be an explanation for it, you just have to figure out what it is.

Can't check book now I'm on a guest computer. Regular 9mm bullets are sized .355 and 38/357 bullets are .357. You wouldn't think .002 dif. would cause trouble. Sometimes it does, depending on case manufacture. Would check two things. Bullet diameter first. Second make sure the size die is as close as possible to shell holder/plate.

The problem could be with the magazine. If the spring is having trouble pushing the last few rounds up into the gun, it could jam.

The only time I have had a similar problem with sticking was due to reloading brass from Glocks. The brass casing bulges out at the bottom which then lodges in the chamber. I now size the entire length of all pistol brass I reload.
