Pretty easy to do something and not tell the truth of why you did it. As long as humans are part of the decision process, it can and will be manipulated to meet an agenda.

TL;DR violates the equation protection clause of the 14th Amendment and does not satisfy the strict scrutiny standard.

It should not have required SCOTUS to tell us this.

    ABOUT ******* TIME.

Now... about those taxpayer funded scholarship programs....

Been sayin it for years, the left is it's own worst enemy. They don't know when to quit. They had an (un?)fair opportunity with AA/EE policies to slingshot the protected classes into success but that was never the real goal. Now they've pushed to far into CRT and people have had enough. Give an inch - take a mile has consequences and we'll be seeing more across the variety of political topics.

    Abortion - check
    AA/EE - check
LGBTQ - Coming soon to a theater near you. Allowing the pedophiles to hitch their caboose to that train was a mistake and its gonna be costly.

I actually think NFA might be a lot closer to being over turned than we might have ever dreamed of a few years ago.

Gun control definitely has the potential to be added to the list. Requiring $200 for the addition of a piece of plastic is complete goof mode, it own't take much more and they'll shoot themselves in the foot there as well.
