i have a bunch of 45 acp brass and i noticed that some of the flash holes on the brass is bigger than others and they all are large primer pockets, i was wondering if this would make any difference in shooting them with accuracy.

They will be fine,if you are bullseye shooting you might want to sort them, load them up and see if you have any difference in accuracy.I doubt you will see much of a difference.
