350 legend Ar15 build, initially jammed every time, filed down front of mag and runs great til last round, bolt locks back with one left in mag...is this a magazine issue? Over gassed?

Fail to feed, bullet would wedge sideways (direction depending on side of mag it fed from) Tore everything down and very generously lubed again, put together and tried all over before filing. Feed ramps seem good to go as well

My cousin had a similar issue with the one magazine he received with his 350 Legend AR. It would hang up on the next to last round. We stripped everything in the BCG, cleaned, lubed, then even trimmed a bit of metal on the mag, but no resolution. I had an extra CMMG mag with my rifle, that he tried and every round fired fine. I've had zero issues with the 350 Legend CMMG mags so far.
