2nd amendment does NOT guarantee right to carry concealed in public????

Fox news reporting the 9th Circuit court (wherever that is) has ruled that concealed carry in public is not guaranteed by the 2nd amendment. Sounds like a bad strike to me.

9th Circuit Court of Appeals is composed mostly of liberals who are not Second Amendment friendly.
This will get to Supreme Court easily.
