We are flexing Smith .22s? Have some 17s and a pre-17. Bottom one is 3 digit serial number. September 1946.

Don't make me flex the 18s.

Wow, that's a nice herd of 17s! I've been plinking away lately with my Hi Standard Double 9.

My dad taught me how to shoot with a Ruger Single Six back in the early 1970's . I still have it. Still shoot it. Still as good of a gun as ever. I'll never get rid of it.

I have a Ruger Single Six Hunter I use for squirrel hunting.

I have that model also and it was accurate with the adjustable sights: the regular Single Six with fixed sights, not so much.
But, I put a scope on it & it is downright righteous with its accuracy: a total pleasure to shoot!
I put Hogue grips on it for my paws, which enhanced it even more.
    Love the stainless steel.

Ruger Single Six I brought brand new 15 years ago and my grandfather's High Standard Double-Nine Longhorn. I prefer the Single Six but I won't be selling either of them.
