Voted with my desk to, lap top, and cell.
Now to break the tablet out.

And I think it was down to 67.

I texted the link to some pro gun friends.
    (Yes, I have friends)

    Where's the bacon?
Email sent to Sen Koch, Senate sponsor for 1369, asking whiskeytangofoxtrot is going on with it. I don’t know that I’ll get an answer, but of those I know in the senate, I think Sen Koch is the most likely to do so.

This bill should be a shoo-in to pass, and should have done so years ago.

    I’ll report any reply.

    Blessings,
    Bill
Reply from Koch’s LA, essentially: it’s assigned to committee now, maybe write to the committee chair to ensure it gets heard?

and I will be doing so.

I just edited the draft in post #324 to reflect Senator Tomes is now a sponsor and change the co-sponsor/sponsor thing.

The R's on the committee and your State Senator are a good place to concentrate the emails. Heck, with the Senate being set up for copy/paste email address into the "To" line we can load up a bunch and shotgun (pun intended) them out by the bunch. Add more Senators? Sounds good to me! Second thought, keep your Senator on a separate email.

New thought on emails: three of them, one with committee members, one with your Senator, one for other Senators not previously mentioned if you don't have anything else going on.

A day or so after you send one: press reply to all, copy the email addresses into a new email, change the subject slightly, copy/paste the email body, hit send. That way it's a new email and we're not reinventing the wheel (pretty sure it's round.)

Avoid reply to all and send if you can. We want to look like constituents supporting important legislation, not a denial of service attack.

We are up to six Senate sponsors. Email them or not? We know they are supporting it, if it's your Senator, thank them!

    Thanks for your support INGO!

Individual e-mails sent to all those named above. My Senator is a Communist (AKA Democrat), and with the 1200 character limit in their on-line contact form I just didn't bother.

I used that link today to contact Lonnie Randolph.

Added the line at the end.

I realize that you have no respect for the Constitution, your constituents or freedom, but I have to contact you anyway.

I just sent a letter to J.D. Ford. Not sure how he got elected in my district, but I am stuck with him.

I did add the following to my letter:

"Although I don't suspect that you will support this bill, I feel that it is important that I contact you to let you know that I want you to support it".
