What stampings are you referring to?

Armand Swenson was a famous custom smith, those are his safeties, but he may or may not have built your pistol.

Two are Colt inspectors, the third one is the Verified Proof marking.

Here is one for CM. Springfield base with a Clark 460 Rowland kit installed. AllenM did the hard part… putting it all together. Chen Magwell and grips, new Harrison Design grip and thumb safety, EGW internals. And new Cerakote to make it all come together. It’s a cannon… and CM would be grinning ear to ear when pulling the trigger.

That looks very much like an old Swenson, he would often mark his work on the disconnector track under the slide.

Looks like a copy of his style. K-frame rear sight and his ts. Grip safety fit is.....not his work.

Grip safety is a bit loose. Functionally sound. I've just felt tighter. Thanks for the info.

Beryllium-Copper framed Safari Arms exhibition grade pistols. This is a matched set (Enforcer & Matchmaster), serial numbers xxx-001 and xxx-002. Made by the SGW custom division of Safari Arms. I gave these to my wife for our 5th wedding anniversary (18 years ago), we're still married and she is a good shot, so I guess it was a good gift.
