1880'S S&W .32 Revolver?

I have, I think an S&W .32 revolver from the late 1800's, obviously the grips have been altered, but I was wondering if anyone could tell me any more about it? Rough value in good condition? If it came with any accessories? Or even if it actually is the S&W I think it is. Thank for the help!!

Read what is written on the top of the barrel and give me the first three digits of the serial number and I may be able to tell you a little more. Value is not much (especially in that condition) but they are an interesting part of history.
