      Shield

      I have the shield 9mm with the safety and I carry it with the safety on. That is the way I like it. Personal choice. I like it so much I have held off buying a Glock 43. My shield fills the single stack 9mm role. Good luck, you won't regret buying one, safety or no safety.

      I'm a big fan of the 9mm Shield. Mine has been very reliable and it fits its roll very well for a CC gun. You may later regret selling your Sig but you won't regret buying the Shield!

      Glock Empty Mag Ejection

      My Gen 2 G19 has never dropped out the mags. Was told by a "glock guy" that this was normal for old police and military versions. They didn't want the mags to accidentally drop out of the gun during use. Sounded good to me at the time, 20 years ago.

      1991, Glock 19, Gen 2. I thought something was wrong with it because the mags would never drop out, I had to pull them out. Then a Glock guy told me that was normal for police and military versions. Sounded good to me. Still have it.
