With nothing in the photo for scale its impossible to tell what the prints are {couldn't you at least have thrown down some change so we had an idea of scale?} Plus they are weathered which often distorts prints.
I agree with jennybird on this one... or at least the prints are likely to be from...
When I was in Boy Scouts we once had a contest. They threw a chicken over the fence with 4 boy scouts inside... two had pieces of string, one had a hatchet, and the others job was to catch the chicken.
We caught ours in just a few seconds... one string went around its feet and the other around...
by the way the A-Pack meals have a comparable shelf life, are self heating, and come with everything you need to prepare your meal... the only difference between MRE's and the A-Pack meals is A-Pack meals TASTE GOOD.
Ditch the "MRE's" for the "A-Pack" meals... unless you like the taste of the MRE... A-Pack meals are FAR superior in taste and quality.
I realize in a post SHTF situation any food is better than none, but why not prepare ahead of time with good food that helps moral instead of making you wish...
There are NO WILD BEARS in Indiana. That is not to say a single "pet bear" couldn't have gotten loose, but this whole thread is highly suspect.:noway:
Its sort of like the "Big Black" cat sightings, Big foot, or Alligators in the sewers.:twocents:
If this isn't a deliberate hoax...
Change the cast of "Red Dawn" and you might as well rewrite the Constitution!
Add in the caves of southern Indiana and the rough terrain a small force could certainly hold key points. Rifles would certainly rule most valley systems south of Indy.
"Flatlanders" Vrs. "Hill folk" sorry you...

I bought more gold and silver... plus some ammo for the guns I own... and a little food that can be stored for a length of at least 5 years.
Also talked with my neighbors and advised them to do the same...
Fawns are still nursing so it wasn't eating her flower garden {although it may have been laying on her flowers}...
Regardless it was a wild animal... and she was a very elderly woman who likely panicked at the site of it.
In years past she may have cleaned it and had a nice tender steak...
Also use maneuverability both strategically (when and where to fight) and tactically (how to fight the battle YOU CHOOSE) when choosing your location or vehicle.:twocents:
I'm not sure what to even say... I guess the proper response would be "WELCOME TO MY WORLD" followed by a series of self defense noises that went something like BANG BANG BANG... My Humble Opinion
"Blue's Canoes" in Edinburgh, just off I65 @ exit 76 has several great trips... but to have the longest you need your own canoe or kayak. You can put in by the old grist mill dam just East of Hoosier Horse park and go all the way to mill race park in Columbus... its an 8-10 hour trip depending...
Yes, the coin shop in Franklin i was referring to is on Main Street just past the court house. He has a great selection of .999 silver rounds and even some "junk" silver coins for those of you who like them. Once in a while he has small silver bars as well... but for silver bars you can't beat...
