      ACT: Force-on-Force - Close Quarters & Scenarios - 14APR12 - Terre Haute, IN

Thank you, sir. Being in my condition I need to train hard to discover where my weakneses are and how to deal with them. I don't mind going full contact and wouldn't expect the instructors to take it easy on me because I'm a gimp. The bad guys certainly wouldn't.

      ACT: Force-on-Force - Close Quarters & Scenarios - 14APR12 - Terre Haute, IN

Would a gimp in a wheelchair be able to take the courses? I may be able to work the braces that day, but wouldn't really count on it.

ACT 2012 Schedule of Classes & Events

What's Force On Force exactly and could a gimp in a wheelchair take a crack at it? Never mind. Just saw the thread for it.

Labor's Shameful Charade in Wisconsin Has Failed

I'm left wondering just one thing. How is a party that isn't a party be responsible for the downgrade and the general downfall of the economy? I have to wonder if it isn't the politicians on both sides looking for a convenient scapegoat, the talking heads in media are reporting it, and the...

      Penn foster gunsmithing ?

I have. They've actually sent me letters and called me at home last month asking when I was signing up.

      Penn foster gunsmithing ?

From what I've been able to glean from the course descriptions it really doesn't teach you to be a gunsmith. It's all book work. Basically they teach you how to learn to be a gunsmith. I looked into the course and dismissed it as pretty useless for anyone who wants a real hands on gunsmithing...

Thanks to a gun toting gent in Lafayette

Spelling suits those who care about others reading their posts. Sarcasm works when it's not incomprehensible, ergo colors are needed in some cases. Thank you for using color from this point on. Goodwins Law? The thread hasn't teminated and the only thing I've lost is precious time...

Thanks to a gun toting gent in Lafayette

I wasn't aware that paragraphs had to be made to suit you. Sarcasm right back at you. Besides, I thought there was a color for sarcasm? I learned from your post that it appears you'd rather throw sarcastic comments than address the issue. Do you really want to continue the grammar/spelling...

No more than someone who can't spell "Hotdogger."

      Details, details...

Yeah, so at least you'll know what the gun used to look like before you tore it apart.

Thanks to a gun toting gent in Lafayette

Wow. A bad analogy and irony all in the same post. Most people drive so it would be silly to say that the jerk represented all drivers. But most people don't carry a gun, especially open carry. Yelling and screaming at someone, whether warranted or not, is NOT going to show a mostly non-gun...

It is time to retire the term "liberal"

Yes, and the Democrats are absolute protectors of our rights.

It is time to retire the term "liberal"

Todays Democrat party is as far as one can get from the classical definition of liberalism. I like that democrats have taken to referring to themselves as "Progressives." Socialists have always called themselves "Progressives" and referred to their ideals as "progressive." So we know that the...

      Carried illegally last night.

Okay, I'll buy that explanation. it seemed a littel deeper than that, but I won't quibble. But that doesn't answer the question why the OP obtained a Indiana LTCH if he wasn't concerned with laws he didn't think were legal. No, I don't think civil disobedience was on the OPs mind when he chose...

Washington Post sez ATF should have "More tools"

You can bet that if this were a Republican administration the WP, NYT, CNN, MSNBC, and others would be working overtime to find a direct link the the White House. I find it interesting that the article was closed to comments after the vast majority of the comments prior to closure were pro...

      Carried illegally last night.

I’ve withheld chiming in on this thread being unsure how I felt about the discussion. I think I’ve pretty much made up my mind, but I do have a few questions I’d like to ask. First, if the Ohio license requirement is unconstitutional why isn’t it on Indiana? I don’t think I’ve seen that brought...
