    Got an AR?
Want to shoot it in a USPSA match?

I am kicking the idea around with Steve to host a stand alone Rifle match, USPSA Mutigun Rifle rules and divisions
    Open, Tac, Modified, Limited, Heavy
    Hit factor scoring
Using the range at Riley with the rifle bay, the two deep bays, along with the regular pistol bays.
    One day match 7-8 stages
Run your rifle on USPSA stage with a mix of static steel on the rifle bay, IPSC targets on the regular bays with some 1/3 size targets mixed in.
Looking at probably a one day match

Would need 20 RO’s that would be mixed into the squads (similar to what we did for the section last year)

    Interested in shooting it?
    Interested in RO’ing it

Dates are Aug 31 or Sept 1

    Interested, but have questions.
What kind of long distance are you thinking of?
I'm limited in where I can zero my rifle (distance wise).
Would the distance shooting be off the benches at Riley, or random spots within the rifle bay?
Would you be using a par time for stages (like INMG)?

200-250 max on the rifle bay from postions on the bay, not the tables
    Think USPSA match, with rifles
Or MG stage with just a rifle no silly shotgun or having to transition from pistol to rifle etc.

2024 USPSA Rifle Match at Riley Conservation Club will be held on August 30 for staff and August 31 for competitors.
This Level 2 sanctioned event features 8 USPSA stages. Competitors will use the Rifle range, which includes steel targets up to 200 yards, as well as regular bays with cardboard targets.
The match will follow USPSA Multigun rules with Hit Factor scoring and will be the USPSA MG Divisions: Open, Tactical, Limited, Modified, Heavy Metal Tactical, and Heavy Metal Limited.
Each division will have a category for AK rifles, should anyone choose to use them. The match is limited to eight squads, consisting of twelve people (96 slots), plus staff on Friday only.
If you have a rifle and are interested in testing it on USPSA-style stages, this is your opportunity.
