For sale is a very good condition Beretta 686 Essential shotgun. Great field gun, this model is a 12 gauge (2 3/4" or 3") with a full matte black finish, single trigger, full length vent rib with double white center brass front bead sights, 28" barrels, and removable chokes. Two IC chokes included. Finish is very good. Only mark I can find is a very small rub on the right side of the top barrel, visible in the pic with the action open. Also some safe dings on the stock (see pic).
I bought this very lightly used from a local store 8 years ago. I have taken it to the range once and shot a few clays. It performed very well but it has sat in the safe since. I just am not a shotgun guy. Bought it during a phase when I was trying to have fewer but nicer guns.
Buyer may purchase some target ammo for NOW $7.50 a box. All are 25 rnd boxes, 2 3/4" shells. I have eight boxes of Winchester Super Target 2 3/4", both 1180 FPS 1oz #8 and 1200 FPS 1 1/8oz #7 1/2 and twelve boxes of Federal Field & Target 1200 FPS 1 1/8oz #8.
