...why yes...yes they do already have an official government website up and running.

Anyone with a brain thinks this is not a good thing. I think the americanthinker writter may have a problem with it being run by a former leader of the BLM movement(as we all should).

Damn, they're gonna hate this case of acute lead poisoning they got coming.

Let's just create new branches of government from whole cloth. What could possibly go wrong?

    Another ministry?
"The Strategy is grounded in four core principles, which direct Department attorneys to: (1) prioritize cases that will reduce public health and environmental harms to overburdened and underserved communities; (2) make strategic use of all available tools to address environmental justice concerns; (3) meaningfully engage with impacted communities; and (4) be transparent about environmental justice efforts, as well as the results of those efforts."

Well you must have been curious as to what this "new" ministry preached,so I thought I would let them tell you.

    ...sigh...sad answer is yes.

BigRed you did the angry face. I did not share the worst thing from that site, but here goes...

"We look forward to your input and engagement, to make this Strategy a living document that guides DOJ’s enforcement efforts." In other words the "hope" of the OEJ is to lead the DOJ. Can you say total shitshow?

I have often contended Farmer Jones would have done better to butcher the troublesome animals and produce ham and bacon instead of running away from them.

He was not a good farmer.

Where are these communities that are "underserved" by the Feds? They sound like a nice place to live. Might have to change my retirement plans to move to an "underserved" community.

    Equity does not mean equality.
    Justice does not mean justice.
    Vaccinated does not mean vaccinated.
    Gay does not mean happy.
Man (or woman) does not mean man (or woman).

We certainly live in interesting times.

When we keep in mind that this is being done on purpose, it makes more sense.

I often pass through the D.C. metro area while traveling to visit nearby Civil War battlefields. It is truly amazing and disgusting how incredibly wealthy this area obviously is compared to pretty much anywhere else I ever go. The number of gated communities with huge mansions is astonishing, just one after the other.

"Environmental Justice" will be good for quite a few more.

Let me guess, I can look forward to fines for possessing land with more grass per acre than that within the big city where all of the "victims" live.

**** these morons, anyone who voted for them, anyone who agrees with them and anyone fitting any of those categories who breeds producing more complete and total wastes of oxygen consuming carbon based lifeforms.

    .
It's going to make the dc legal community richer, and that's probably the intent. Another group of the privileged and connected making bank on hazy fuzzy concepts like global warming.

I'm betting these lawyers will be filing legal actions right and left and generating more work for beltway consulting firms.

Garland is a product of the chicago machine, he fits right in to what has become chicago east, or Tammany south.

This is an interesting situation. For most of our lives the wealthiest few zip codes were in NYNY and a couple in California, that has all flipped, the DC area is home to the wealthiest zip codes in America.

    INGO says? Follow the money…
