    Be careful about that - all rattlesnakes in Indiana are endangered and protected by law.
    Mosquitoes=always open season. Though if you HAVE to feed one, feed the big gallinippers (Psorophora ciliata). Their larvae eat other mosquito larvae.

    That was a little bit of my Texas upbringing showing through. Scorpions and certain hornets are on that list as well.

    In thirty years of living in Indiana and being a bit of an explorer in youth, I have never seen a dangerous snake in the wooded areas I have have been blessed enough to trudge.
