The repetitive nature of this (known to police...) BS is beyond sickening! Then you have knee pads Kamala the 'Ho who immediately trots out "gun control".

Guess what honey, "gun control" precipitated this massacre by DISARMING citizens in the places they were gunned down!

    Arghhhhhhh!

I guess the FBI must have been too busy running interference for Biden and creating trouble out of nothing at Mara Lago? :xmad:

I don't think we can overexpect from the sparce Maine LEO's, but when a missed followup like this comes to light, should not the FBI be looked at for some responsibility?

Maybe, but I thought all any law enforcement organization was required to do was investigate after a crime was committed and seek to arrest the perpetrator.

Just saw this headline thought would share.

Maine Mass Shooter Purchased .308-Caliber ‘Battle Rifle’ Days Before Mental Health Hospitalization: Report

A battle rifle is more powerful and has a greater effective range than the smaller .223-caliber AR-style 'assault rifles' that are the standard issue for the U.S. military

And the government desires The People to be utterly dependent upon them. Uhhh, NO. You are far to incompetent to bet my family and my life on.

This is not a reflection on "the government" as individuals, but rather on the organizational structure and functionality.

The media learned a new phrase! Yay (seal claps and barks). Watch it proliferating now, I wonder will it be “super assault weapon” or something? They will be coming for your FN-FALs now.

Absolutely. I'm my own first responder.
We had a supposed shooter around and in our HS earlier this year, it was a complete ****ing goat rope for hours.

It would be interesting to know some of Maine's Laws, it seems so many from family, friends, co-workers, local LE and so on had knowledge he had been making disturbing statements and threats for weeks or months.
Starting with, how long was he committed for?
Seems there was enough time for Due Process to work if it had been done.

@Creedmoor I noticed the revolving door down there when I was a reserve nearby for like 5 minutes. Lots of folks quickly leaving for better paying areas leaving only a few guys with any real training. Better pay better cops. I think Summitvilles marshal only gets $38k
