    Okay, did happen... :):

Here are the X Macro twins. Top is the standard X Macro and bottom is the TacOps model that I just picked up.
I really like the idea of owning an X Macro, but having a really hard time convincing myself that I need another plastic frame gun. I guess I'm turning into a steel and wood kinda guy? Never thought that would happen, but here I am.

I went through a phase, right after my G***k phase, where I only liked steel guns with a hammer. Was that way for a few years, carrying first a 1911 and then a P226 Legion SAO and then moved back to striker fired guns without a safety. I'm happy with this arrangement. I carry plastic striker fired with no external safety, but will shoot anything at the range. Works for me.

I should add, my EDC has been a P365 or P365XL for around the last 5 years (P365 for like 2 and then XL for 3). Going any longer of a grip than the XL and concealment goes away for me due to the butt of the grip sticking out too far. I carry 3:00 IWB. For range work and night stand duty, I have a pair of P320's with red dots, one has AXG aluminum frame, other has TXG Tungsten frame.

Agreed. I'd like to handle a Macro and depending on that possibly see when WC releases one (and also check out the back straps and how that works as I believe there are replaceable/presumably different size backstraps on the Macros?)

But not sure I'd opt to get one.

Similarly, carry 365's (I like the X config) and have 320 X-compacts as well to complement.

The way the Macro's grip feels is a huge reason why I love it. I couldn't imagine a WC module feeling better.

Boy, I feel like I am the odd man out here! Although I do occasionally carry my P365 with Holosun 407k x2, I most often carry my PCR or Rami. When I carry the P365 it is usually with the 10 round mag + 1 and the 12 round mag as my spare. In this configuration it almost disappears thus I carry it when I am wanting something deeply concealed.

    Nightstand is my SP-01 with Romeo1 & WML (and a Mossberg 500 18.5” nearby).

It says Cajun Gun Works in the ad but isn't specific about the parts other than the mag well.
Stopped at a gun store today and a guy brought in an older P10C. I overhead the store owner say something to effect "CZ has lowered the prices on that line and you are not going to be happy with my offer; based on what you paid me for it...".

They had a new P10C in the case for, I think, $399 or $379? That is a crazy good gun for $400....

I then got distracted by a Weatherby Mark V in 340 WBY MAG and decided it was time to leave the store....

You do not need another pistol right now...

You do need a another project right now...

Don't forget. You are retired. It is easy for the mind to grow weak. This is not "another" pistol purchase, this is an investment in your mental health.

When you come down here I would love for you to explain that to Mrs. B2V
