Trial going on in AZ. Doug in exhile on you tube just said witnesses testified that printers were printing smaller ballots on paper too big. Which means they can’t be read. And thrown out….. he testified machines are set up so no human error can happen. So someone intentionally went into machines and physically changed settings on machines on purpose 100% no doubt, no other way.

And the spin on that in the media “paraphrased” it as they could not have cheated.

They proved that major chain of custody violations occurred. And the defense democrats seem to be putting forth wasn’t that they weren’t violating chain of custody, but that they can’t prove it was intentional so therefore the results stand.

Yup. I also just saw that judge wants document or ballots brought in to look at and democrats must provide them asap. The camera showed the democrats faces after he said this…. It was like….” Oh crap now what do we do.” One witness said he look at 19 sheets of ballots and almost all of them didn’t work and caused machines to shut down because the used 20” paper instead of 19” paper. That could be a crap load of ballots from Republicans that got tossed then considering how much of this was done. I heard estimates from 25% and higher. Out of over 1 million voters that’s a bunch. Probably be ethical wrong doing but nothing “criminal” like you’re saying. Nothing to see here move along.

Seems to me I hear that formulation A LOT on some forum site or other
Hey. The only proof I need is that it happened. You guys go off on everything GWP throws out and I’m just not impressed.

Proving intent is hard enough. But in this case in the view of the expert witness, the only way the printout copies could have happened was intentional manipulation. Sounds like that’s enough to let this lawsuit survive the motion to dismiss on its own.

But then we have the chain of custody ol problem. Those ballots are not trustworthy. There was no tamper-proof seal. They’re invalid. Even if that’s not intentional, it breaks the law.

But I would not be surprised if this judge only let the procedings go on to give the appearance of propriety before the case is thrown out.

That brings up a point. I've brought up Colorado several times, particularly the pragmatically acceptable dingbat's district, in which the results were held up partially because they had to "cure" the ballots that were rejected. AZ's voting oversite apparently isn't interested in "curing" ballots that would probably go against Democrats. If that attitude prevails in the Democrat led AZ voting oversight, is it a stretch to suspect that it prevails in others?

I guess I'm still blackpilled on the whole process. I suspect the judge is just giving their day in court and regardless will find a way to dismiss anyway.

Are you aware that under Arizona law a ballot is not actually unlawful if it is.. the term that's used sometimes is .. harvested or ballot collection.
But if somebody who is not authorized to handle it, deposits it, or like happened at run back (?) if somebody brings it and inserts it into the stream but not into a designated authorized drop box, are you aware that under Arizona law it is not actually an unlawful ballot?

    Expert Witness Heather Honey (7:14)
I think the term in the law is an invalid (stress on invalid) ballot.

but that they can’t prove it was intentional so therefore the results stand.
so if I rob a bank or commit any other major crime and I didn’t intend too, then I’m not guilty? Nice to know that is part of our written legal system of laws.
now I can go to buy a car I clearly can’t afford or get a loan for and when denied I can then as a pure reaction steal the car without consequences.

Verdict is in. Democrat Judge dismiss on grounds of insufficient evidence. Kari Lake however can now take it through the court systems to the Supreme Court which we all know will never hear it. About the only positive was the people could see the truth come out and see the fraud and criminal acts that happened and have been happening for that states elections for awhile.
