It's OK is the important thing.

Are you using wireless to connect to your router or a cable?
Wireless, but I have an ethernet cable. That would only help my computer, not Mom's (although she is not bothered by the slow speeds). Unless I did a network like I used to do?

We def know how that is. We keep talk about switching but never do maybe this is the year
We have gone back and forth because Sam's keeps having deals on memberships, but I really do not like Sam's. I get road rage in the parking lot, I don't know where anything is, and their wheelchairs/scooters are almost always gone.

    82 mps is pretty good.
Must be the wireless part then.

    I have a 100 mps hub upstairs.
But I only have a single cable coming to my bedroom, so I plug in another hub.
That one is only 10 mps.
Mostly that's okay. Till the xbox decides to update a game, or I download a new one.
I keep telling myself to break out the spare 100 mps and plug it in, but then the laziness kicks in.

    T Mobile.

It is plug and play. If you have a 5G tower near by it will work great.

When you plug it in it runs a test and tells you the best place to place it in your house. It works best near a window.

$50 a month all fees included and they "say" guaranteed never to go up.

ETA all streaming works great except Prime during peak hours, but I think that is Prime's fault. I could be wrong.
We tried the Tmobile and had to give it up after a week. I couldn't get a signal with their wireless equipment at all. Signal strength at best was 1 bar and that was me holding it in my hand while standing on the back porch
